GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY:
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you are less than pleased with anything you order from SF Mercantile, we will cheerfully accept it for an exchange or a refund within 90 days from the date of purchase. If your order is damaged in shipment, contact us immediately.
 
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Shipping and Addressing:  Unfortunately we are not set up to ship outside the US and do not ship to U.S. territories, Canada, Mexico, or overseas. All orders require two business days to process before shipping. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. SF Mercantile does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
 
When your order is received, it will be processed within 48 hours M-F (we do not process orders on weekends). We send e-mail notification within 48 hours for back-ordered or sold-out items.
It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange on the insert provided. Please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, insure the package and mail it to:SF Mercantile

We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
